In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "mbw777" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the mbw777 online betting and casino platform operated at https://mbw777.cam and any associated mobile applications or interfaces.
• "Member" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who has registered an account on the mbw777 platform.
• "Account" refers to the individual, non-transferable account created by a Member upon registration on mbw777.
• "Balance" refers to the total of real-money funds held in a Member's mbw777 account, excluding any bonus funds subject to wagering requirements.

• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be wagered before it is convertible to withdrawable real-money Balance.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and address verification process required of all Members prior to processing withdrawals or upon request by mbw777's compliance team.
• "IDR" / "Rp" refers to Indonesian Rupiah, the sole currency denomination used on the mbw777 platform.

To register and maintain an active account on mbw777, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your place of residence.

mbw777 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility criteria are not met or cannot be confirmed. Any funds in a suspended account will be held pending review.

Registration on mbw777 is subject to the following conditions:

• One Account Per Person: Each Member is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on mbw777. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated funds forfeited.
• Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information during registration. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your national identity document, your date of birth, your residential address, and a valid email address and mobile phone number. You must keep this information updated.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for the security of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. mbw777 will never request your password. Any activity conducted through your account is considered to have been authorized by you unless you notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorized access.
• Account Non-Transferability: Your mbw777 account is personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, gifted, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances.
• Right to Decline: mbw777 reserves the right to decline any registration application without stating a reason, in accordance with our internal risk management and compliance procedures.

mbw777 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards and responsible gaming obligations.

• Verification Requirement: All Members are required to complete KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed. mbw777 may also require KYC verification at any point during an account's lifetime, including at registration, upon first deposit, or upon reaching specified transaction thresholds.
• Required Documents: Standard KYC documentation includes: (a) a clear copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (Indonesian KTP Nasional, or passport for non-Indonesian residents); (b) proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within 90 days); and (c) a real-time selfie photograph of the Member holding their ID document. Additional documentation may be requested at mbw777's discretion.
• Processing Time: KYC verification is typically completed within 1–24 hours of all required documents being received in satisfactory condition. mbw777 will notify the Member via registered email upon completion.
• Effect of Non-Verification: Unverified accounts may place bets and make deposits but may not process withdrawals. mbw777 reserves the right to hold withdrawal requests pending successful KYC completion.
• Ongoing Monitoring: mbw777 conducts ongoing account monitoring for AML compliance. Accounts exhibiting unusual transaction patterns may be subject to enhanced due diligence and temporary suspension pending review.

5.1 Deposits

mbw777 accepts deposits via the following payment methods, all denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR/Rp): BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

• Minimum deposit: Rp 10.000 (e-wallets) / Rp 25.000 (bank transfer).
• Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification tier — refer to the Payment Methods page for current limits.
• Deposits are credited to your Account Balance upon confirmed receipt. Processing times are typically instant for e-wallets and 1–5 minutes for bank transfers under normal conditions.
• mbw777 does not charge fees on deposits. Your payment provider may impose separate transaction fees.
• Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in the Member's own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.

5.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to payment accounts registered in the Member's own name and matching the name on the Member's KYC documentation.
• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000. Maximum withdrawal limits are determined by membership tier and payment method.
• Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete on the requesting account.
• Withdrawal processing times are estimates and may be affected by bank or e-wallet processing schedules, public holidays (including Idul Fitri, Nyepi, and Indonesian Independence Day on 17 August), or additional compliance review requirements.
• mbw777 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals exceeding specified thresholds, in accordance with AML policy.
• Any bonus funds that have not completed the applicable wagering requirement may not be withdrawn and will be removed from the Account Balance upon withdrawal request.

All bonuses, free spins, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional credits offered by mbw777 are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Members only. mbw777 reserves the right to determine eligibility criteria for each promotion.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement, which will be stated explicitly on each offer. Until the wagering requirement is satisfied, bonus funds cannot be withdrawn. Real-money Balance is wagered first; Bonus Funds are wagered thereafter.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash prior to completion of the applicable wagering requirement.
• mbw777 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Members will be notified of material changes via email or in-platform notification.
• Abuse and Fraud: Any Member found to be exploiting bonuses through systematic betting patterns (e.g., covering all outcomes, low-risk arbitrage with bonus funds, multi-account abuse) will have their account suspended, bonus funds forfeited, and any associated winnings voided. mbw777's determination on bonus abuse is final.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per Member, household, IP address, device, or payment method, unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.

The following general rules apply to all wagers placed on the mbw777 platform. Specific rules for individual game types (sports betting, live casino, togel lottery, sabung ayam cockfighting markets, etc.) are published within the relevant game or market sections of the platform.

• All bets are placed in Indonesian Rupiah (Rp). The minimum stake is Rp 500 (subject to individual game minimums).
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be amended, cancelled, or reversed except where the platform's Cash Out feature is available and activated by the Member.
• mbw777 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets that were published in error (incorrect odds, incorrect event details, technical malfunctions). Voided bet stakes are returned to the Member's Account Balance.
• In the event of a disputed result, mbw777's internal review team will investigate using available official data sources. The outcome of this review is final and binding.
• mbw777 reserves the right to set individual betting limits (maximum stake, maximum payout) on any market or event without prior notice.
• Bets placed on events where the result was already determined at the time of bet placement — due to data feed delay or any other reason — are void and stakes are returned.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mbw777 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of Account Balance:

• Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one mbw777 account (multi-accounting).
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration, KYC, or at any other point.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets, scrape data, or interact with the platform in any non-human manner.
• Colluding with other Members or third parties to exploit game mechanics, promotional offers, or odds.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, inside information betting, or other corrupt activity in relation to any sporting event or game available on the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.

• Allowing or facilitating access by a third party using your Account credentials.
• Any conduct that mbw777 reasonably determines to be abusive, harassing, or threatening toward platform staff or other Members.

All content on the mbw777 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, databases, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, game interfaces, and the compilation thereof — is the exclusive property of mbw777 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial betting purposes only. This license does not permit: reproduction, redistribution, modification, reverse engineering, decompilation, public display, or commercial exploitation of any platform content, in whole or in part.

• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

mbw777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

• For material changes, mbw777 will notify active Members via registered email and/or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.
• Your continued use of the mbw777 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
• If you do not agree with an amendment, you must notify mbw777 and cease using the platform before the amendment takes effect. You may request withdrawal of your Account Balance during this period.

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mbw777 holds its international gaming license.

• Informal Resolution: mbw777 encourages Members to contact our support team in the first instance to resolve any dispute informally. The majority of disputes are resolved within 72 hours via our support channels.
• Formal Dispute Process: If an informal resolution cannot be reached, Members may submit a formal written complaint to [email protected]. mbw777 will acknowledge formal complaints within 5 business days and provide a full response within 28 business days.
• Arbitration: Where formal complaint procedures fail to produce a satisfactory resolution, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable licensing authority. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
• Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to preserve rights pending the outcome of arbitration.
